Have you ever felt tired or sleepy in the middle of the day? It seems that many of us are familiar with this. BUT how to make sure that your boss at work, a teacher at a University, or just your friend or significant other does not cause unnecessary problems, seeing your sleepy face?

You may be surprised, but there are many ways in addition to tons of coffee, chocolate and liters of energy drink. Let’s look at the most original and least common ones.

1. DRINK SOMETHING WITHOUT SUGAR

As paradoxical as it may be, sugar, like caffeine, gives you energy only for a short time. Strength will leave you after an hour from the moment of its use. But if you refuse using it, you’ll lose some additional kg. Amazing, isn’t it?

By making the brain work faster, we help the body to cheer up! For example, a quick reading, brainstorming in a group, or thinking about a new idea allows you to feel a surge of energy.

When the room is too cold, the body tells the brain: “it’s time to sleep.” Put on a sweater or find a way to raise the temperature to get rid of sleepiness.
